This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our AI creation service. It applies to the website, account area, generation tools, checkout, and support channels. It works together with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.

Depending on your location, we process information because it is needed to perform a contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests such as security and service operations, to comply with legal duties, or because you gave consent for an optional purpose. You may withdraw consent for an optional purpose at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
We use contracted providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, moderation, security, and customer support when those services are enabled for a site. Each provider receives only the data needed for its task and must protect it under its contract. Provider availability can vary by domain, region, feature, and deployment. We do not list a processor that has not been verified for the site you are visiting; contact us for the current provider categories and transfer locations.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism and apply appropriate safeguards.
We keep each category only for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete, anonymize, or aggregate it. Account and support records remain while needed to provide the service or answer a request. Purchase, subscription, tax, fraud, and dispute records may be kept for the period required by law or a legitimate dispute. Prompts, inputs, outputs, and safety records may remain while needed to deliver the feature, protect users, investigate a report, or meet a legal duty.
You can delete content through the controls made available in your account. To request account or data deletion, use Contact. We will verify the request, explain any data that must be retained, and delete eligible data without undue delay.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, monitoring, and least-privilege operational practices appropriate to the data and service. No online service can promise perfect security. If we learn of a breach that requires notice, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. Use Contact to make a request. We normally acknowledge privacy requests within 2–3 business days and respond within the time required by applicable law.
The service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to use adult features, or older where local law requires. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete eligible data.
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or law changes. We will post the new version with a new date and provide additional notice where required.
