Refund and Satisfaction Policy

This policy applies to one-time credit packs and recurring monthly or yearly plans. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Our promise

If a paid generation fails before a usable result is delivered, contact us with the job or order details. We will first try to restore the affected credits. If we cannot restore them, we will review a refund for the affected charge.

Refund decisions may consider fraud signals, duplicate payments, charge disputes, promotional terms, and applicable law. A refund for one purchase does not guarantee a refund for later purchases.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel future renewals from the billing controls made available to your account or through Contact. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and leaves access active until the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund a completed period or credits already used.

If you were charged after a cancellation or believe a renewal was not authorized, contact us promptly with the account email, order ID, and cancellation details so we can investigate.

Items normally not refundable

Credits already used for completed generations or other delivered services.
Promotional, bonus, gifted, or free credits, unless required by law.
A delivered output that matches the displayed service and limits.
Taxes or legally required charges that cannot be returned.

These limits do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

How to request a refund

Use Contact and include:

The account email used for the purchase.
The order, invoice, or generation ID.
The reason for the request and any relevant failure message.
Whether you want future subscription renewals canceled.

We normally acknowledge a request within 2–3 business days. After approval, we submit the refund within 5–7 business days. Your financial institution may need additional time to post it.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can check duplicate charges, failed delivery, cancellation timing, or account credit state. You keep any non-waivable right to contact your financial institution or use a formal dispute process.

Policy changes and legal review

We may update this policy when pricing, features, or law changes. The posted date will change with each revision. This policy is a product template, not legal advice; have qualified counsel review the final version for each jurisdiction, domain, adult feature, and payment arrangement.
